1. How to connect the remote control of the electric hoist?
The remote control is independent. Refer to the installation wiring diagram for the wiring on the receiver. Except for the power line, which must be connected to the upper, lower, east, west, difficult, north, and seven other lines, connect them to the corresponding inching control terminal. Choose one between self protection and jog operation of the main contactor. The other two lines are available for selection. The colors of the circuits designed and selected by each manufacturer may vary, and this requires the original factory wiring diagram. But seven wires must be connected. Except for the power supply, the other six wires are respectively connected to their corresponding locked NC. If they are not professional enough, it is recommended to consult the manufacturer.
2. Is it okay to use dry oil lubrication for the reduction gearbox of the wire rope electric hoist?
Gear oil should be added to the gearbox: the brand should be selected based on the temperature and the weight of the load.
