Multi-layer Electrical Safety Design
- Overload/Short Circuit Protection The control box is equipped with an electronic overload relay (such as ABB Tmax series), which allows setting the rated load threshold between 100%-150% (e.g., a 1000kg hoist defaults to 110% overload protection). It cuts off the power within 0.1 seconds when the threshold is exceeded, preventing the risk of hoist wire rope breakage. - Grounding and Leakage Protection With an independent grounding terminal (PE) connected to the stage grounding system, the leakage action current is ≤30mA, and the action time is ≤0.1 seconds, complying with the safety standard GB 7000.1-2015 for stage lighting fixtures. Local/Remote Dual Control The control box's panel buttons support local operation, while reserved DMX512 interfaces (3-pin XLR) and wireless remote control interfaces (433MHz frequency band) allow connection to the stage central control system (such as ETC Congo console), enabling (joint control) of lighting, audio, and hoist movements.
