Stage chain electric hoist for theater performances

Theater performance stage chain electric hoists, also known as group hanging chain electric hoists, upside down and reverse hanging stage electric hoists, and theater specific stage electric hoists, commonly include 1 ton, 2 tons, and 20 meters and 30 meters. The stage electric hoist is suitable for upside down construction operations such as temporary stages, temporary construction sites, theaters, and other installation projects. If the main body of the stage electric hoist is hung on the crossbeam, it can also be used according to the general chain electric hoist, with two models: single speed and double speed.

　　1. The Hebei Humvee Stage Chain Electric Hull is made of 80 grade alloy steel material, with a safety factor of 8.2 times. The structure is compact and lightweight, effectively increasing the lifting stroke of up and down operations.

　　2. The chain guide wheel is used to release the chain smoothly without knots, and the driven load guide wheel ensures that the chain is properly guided into the chain guide. It has a lifespan of more than 5 times that of other brands using nylon sheets, and is galvanized to prevent rusting.

　　3. Equipped with a detachable connector, it can be paired with a synchronization controller for single or multiple synchronization operations. Multiple channel control boxes such as 4, 6, and 8 can be purchased for synchronous control. Optional aviation standard equipment host.

　　4. Limit switches are installed for both lifting and lowering, which automatically stop the motor and prevent the chain from exceeding, ensuring safety. Dual brake system ensures safe operation.

　　5. In terms of safety, it is equipped with high-strength safety hooks, which can withstand unexpected overload impacts without breaking. When overweight, it will only gradually deform.

Inverted and reverse hanging electric hoists are used for theater performances. As long as the hook is hooked onto the crossbeam or fixed object of the ceiling, heavy objects can be lifted. They are mainly used for lifting lighting, audio equipment, steel and other objects, as well as for the installation and maintenance of mechanical equipment. Many tennis courts, airport lobbies, and press conferences use Hebei Hummer Elephant's stage chain electric hoist.
