Check the agility and reliability of the brake, the manual buttons should move correctly and agilely in the up and down, left and right directions, and there should be no abnormal sounds from the electric motor and reducer. Check if the upper and lower limit switches of the stage electric hoist are operating correctly.
Check if the hook stop nut is tightened. The hook should roll flexibly in both horizontal and vertical directions. The hook pulley should roll flexibly. Check for significant defects in the steel wire rope, arrange it neatly on the drum, show no signs of detachment from the pulley groove, and ensure good lubrication.
The stage electric hoist belongs to the chain type electric hoist, which is designed and produced strictly in accordance with the requirements of touring performances and exhibitions. The surface is treated with black paint, and the brightness is long-lasting. The stage electric hoist should also follow certain usage rules and have its own safety precautions during use.
Operators of electric hoists on stage must undergo professional learning and receive safety technical training. When using electric hoists, it is prohibited for unauthorized personnel to enter the dangerous lifting area and assign dedicated personnel to supervise. Lifting operations are prohibited when the brakes, safety devices fail, the anti loosening device of the hook nut is damaged, and the steel wire rope is damaged to meet the scrap standard. Lifting operations are not allowed when the site, lifting conditions, and command signals cannot be clearly seen.
