Precautions for installing electric hoists on stage.
The installation of stage electric hoists is very important, and the quality of installation directly affects people's life safety.
1. When installing the stage electric hoist, it is necessary to install an elastic buffer to prevent derailment at both ends of the stage electric hoist during operation.
2. To safely inspect the steel wire rope, pay attention to its tightness. Afterwards, all power circuits need to be checked.
3. It is necessary to conduct a comprehensive inspection to check whether the track and wheels are engaged. If there is a mismatch, it should be corrected in a timely manner.
4. In addition, lubricating oil should be applied to the areas that require lubrication, and the limiter should be flexible in use, ensuring that all lines are connected correctly.
Precautions for using electric hoists on stage.
The first thing to do when using a stage electric hoist is to conduct a comprehensive inspection.
1. Check if there are any obstacles around the operator and if there are floating objects around the equipment.
2. Check whether the stage electric hoist brake can be used normally and whether the running track is free of debris.
3. All parts are firmly connected without looseness, and the wheels slide flexibly. Lubricants are often used for lubrication. The wire rope has no cracks.
4. Overloading is prohibited during the use of stage electric hoists to avoid accidents.
