Stage hoists with limit switches are generally equipped with multiple safety protection devices such as overload protection, limit protection, chain breakage protection and braking devices, each of which has a precise and reliable working mechanism. The overload protection device is like a sensitive "weight scale". The internal sensor can monitor the weight borne by the equipment in real time. When the weight exceeds the preset safety value, it will immediately send a signal to cut off the power supply and stop the equipment, so as to avoid serious problems such as chain breakage and motor burnout caused by overload. For example, when hoisting large stage settings, if the weight of the setting accidentally exceeds the bearing capacity of the equipment, the overload protection device will respond quickly to prevent accidents.

The limit protection device is like a strict "boundary guard". Travel switches are installed at both ends of the upper and lower running tracks of the stage hoist with limit switches.
