Our G100 stage lifting hoist uses Grade100 high-strength alloy chain, excellent tensile strength, paired with dual brake & IP66 waterproof, safe rigging for concerts and theatres.
Our G100 stage lifting hoist stands out mainly for its Grade 100 high-strength alloy chain. Compared with lower-grade lifting chains, the G100 chain delivers greatly improved tensile strength and working load limit. Made from premium alloy steel with special heat treatment, the chain achieves high hardness while retaining proper toughness. It resists deformation and cracking under heavy dynamic loads, which is critical for stage rigging.
When stage trusses, LED screens and lighting rigs are suspended, the hoist chain bears continuous alternating tension. The G100 chain maintains stable performance under repeated lifting cycles. It is less prone to fatigue failure even during long-duration performances and frequent setup & teardown.
The hoist also comes with dual brake protection and IP66 waterproof rating. The chain works reliably in humid indoor venues and temporary outdoor stages. Equipped with a dedicated chain storage bag, it protects the G100 chain from scratches, dust and knotting during transport.
