Standard details of electric hoist lifting operation
1. The lighting on the work site must be good, and one should stand in a position that can be fully observed during the operation.
2. After seeing the command preparation signal, focus highly on preparing for the task.
3. Thoroughly inspect the motor and accessories, ensure that the connectors are firm and reliable, and the rotating parts rotate flexibly.
4. Operate according to the command signal to lower the hook at a suitable height above and below the lifted object. Once tied, direct the lifting.
5. It is necessary to determine whether the lifted object is overloaded and whether the binding is balanced and firm during the lifting process.
6. According to the nature of the work and the on-site situation, press the control button, jog first, and observe the movement of the hoist.
7. Start the electric motor button to slowly and uniformly move the hoist.
8. When lifting, first replace and tighten the steel wire rope, slowly lift it off the ground, conduct a small height and short stroke trial lifting first, and then balance the lifting. Do not lift it during severe vibration.
9. During lifting operations, there should be no other workers near the lifting area to avoid collision, and it is not allowed for the lifting to pass over the heads of other operators.
10. No maintenance work shall be carried out during lifting. If a malfunction occurs during lifting, the main power supply should be cut off in a timely manner, and safety maintenance personnel should be contacted to promptly troubleshoot.
