Firstly, before hoisting, the installation personnel need to strictly check whether the electric hoist lifting system and reducer meet the requirements, and also check whether they inject lubricating oil according to regulations, and whether the walking mechanism is coated with lubricating grease;
Secondly, the installation personnel need to strictly check whether the electrical control box is equipped with wires strictly according to regulations, and check whether the insulation performance of the lifting motor and the walking motor meets the regulations;
Thirdly, strictly inspect whether the fixed end of the steel wire rope meets the regulations and whether the race block is firm.
Fourthly, the installation personnel need to check whether the control wire wiring complies with regulations, and also check whether the buttons are fastened with steel wire ropes;
Fifthly, strictly follow the regulations to apply yellow and black alternating paint to the hook to avoid rusting problems. At the same time, it is necessary to check whether the safety equipment of the hook is missing;
Sixth, it is necessary to ensure that there are three pressure plates at the shareholder end of the steel wire rope and drum, and to ensure the tightness of the bolts;
Seventh, the installation personnel need to choose appropriate anti-collision equipment and correctly install the up and down limit switches.
After installation according to the above process, a series of inspections and debugging are also required, such as adjusting the clearance, adjusting the motor spindle displacement, and adjusting the flame arrester.
