Before carrying out lifting operations, first inspect the various components of the chain hoist, such as chains, bearings, hooks, etc. Also remember to confirm that the outer shell of the entire machine is not severely damaged or dented, and that the cleanliness and hygiene of the equipment are in place.
Overloading is not allowed, as each chain hoist has its own rated load-bearing capacity. It is important to pay attention to this during operation.
During the lifting operation, the chain should be perpendicular to the ground and the goods. When pulling the lifting chain, the direction should be in the same plane as the zipper wheel. It is prohibited to pull the chain diagonally, otherwise there may be chain jamming. When pulling the chain, the force should be stable and not suddenly increase or decrease, otherwise there may be a chain jumping fault.
