What are the requirements for using a chain hoist?
Requirements for the use of chain hoist (chain block):
(1) Before lifting an object, estimate its weight and do not overload it.
(2) Before use, the hook, lifting chain, and braking part must be carefully inspected and confirmed to be intact before use.
(3) Before lifting, it is necessary to check whether the upper and lower hooks are securely fastened and not skewed. The lifting chain should be hung vertically and must not be twisted.
(4) After confirming the accuracy of the above inspections, the operator stands in the same horizontal plane as the zipper wheel, pulls the zipper strip, and rotates the zipper wheel clockwise to lift the weight. When the heavy object is about 0.2m off the ground, stop for a while and check if the brake part is reliable and if there are any other abnormal phenomena. After confirming that it is normal, continue to lift it to the required height. When it is necessary to lower, pull the other end of the zipper strip and rotate the zipper wheel counterclockwise to slowly lower the weight.
(5) During the lifting process, regardless of whether the weight rises or falls, the pulling force on the hand zipper strip should be uniform and gentle to prevent the hand zipper strip from jumping or getting stuck
