1. Overloading or inclined lifting is strictly prohibited, and lifting and pulling heavy objects buried underground or condensed on the ground is prohibited.
2. The support point of the hanging chain hoist must be firm and stable, and it is strictly prohibited to use process pipelines or other non load-bearing structures as support points.
3. It is strictly prohibited to buckle the lower hook onto the lifting chain to lift heavy objects.
4. When operating, the first thing to do is to try lifting. After the heavy object is off the ground, if it operates normally and the braking is reliable, then the lifting can continue.
5. Operators are not allowed to stand on heavy objects during homework, nor are they allowed to lift heavy objects and stay in the air before leaving the site.
6. During the lifting process, it is strictly prohibited for anyone to walk or stay under heavy objects.
7. Do not use non manual driving methods to lift heavy objects. When it is found that the pulling force cannot be increased, it is necessary to immediately stop using it, check whether the heavy object is connected to other objects, whether the weight of the heavy object exceeds the rated lifting capacity, and whether the hoist mechanism is damaged.
8. The distance for lifting or lowering heavy objects shall not exceed the specified lifting height to prevent damage to the machinery.
9. It is strictly prohibited to use two or more chain hoists to lift heavy objects simultaneously
