1、 Applicable scope
Hand chain hoist is a simple and portable manual lifting machinery, also known as a "chain hoist" or "inverted chain". It is suitable for short distance lifting of small equipment and goods, with a lifting capacity generally not exceeding 10t. Hand chain hoists have the characteristics of compact structure and low hand pulling force.
2、 Usage rules
1. Overloading is prohibited.
2. Prohibit the use of power other than manual labor for operation.
3. Before use, it is necessary to confirm that the components are intact, the transmission parts and lifting chains are well lubricated, and the idle condition is normal.
4. Check if the upper and lower hooks are securely fastened before lifting. The lifting chain should be hung straight without twisted links, and the lower hook bracket of the double chain should not be flipped.
5. The operator should stand in the same plane as the bracelet wheel and pull the bracelet bar, rotating the bracelet wheel clockwise to lift the weight; Pull the bracelet in reverse and it will slowly descend at noon.
6. When lifting heavy objects, personnel are prohibited from doing any work or walking under the weight to avoid personal accidents.
7. During the lifting process, regardless of whether the weight rises or falls, when pulling the bracelet, the force should be uniform and gentle, not too strong, to avoid the bracelet jumping or getting stuck.
Attention: If the operator finds that the hand pulling force is greater than the normal pulling force, they should immediately stop using it.
