The chain socket of the lifting sprocket should be formed in one pouring, and it needs to meet the requirements of the drawing.

Although the installation of chain hoist sprockets requires low accuracy, high load-bearing capacity, certain buffering and shock absorption performance, and more compact structural dimensions, they are prone to tooth jumping or rapid reverse movement if they do not meet the drawing requirements.
