How to use a 360 degree rotating chain hoist?
The 360 degree rotating chain hoist refers to the hand chain wheel cover at the position of the zipper strip that can be flexibly rotated 360 degrees. The cover has two chain outlets, and there are also D and U signs printed on top, indicating that pulling in the direction of D will lower the weight of the lifting chain, and pulling down the side of U will achieve lifting of the weight.
The normal way to use a hand pulled pulley hoist during the above operation is to rotate the hand cover shell so that the direction of the two chain outlets will also change. This design is mainly for the convenience of vertically pulling the chain downwards when using an inverted hoist. In short, the lower hook of the inverted hoist serves as the lifting point, while the upper hook and the main body of the hoist are located below, making it inconvenient to operate the hand chain wheel part upside down, Based on four support rods, the G-shaped inverted chain can be operated vertically downwards again by rotating the outer cover of the hand chain wheel. Of course, it is also possible to rotate to other directions, mainly for the convenience of pulling the chain in different directions of force.
