Hand chain hoists are becoming increasingly common in lifting operations due to their safety, reliability, easy maintenance, high mechanical efficiency, low tension of the bracelet, light weight, easy portability, beautiful appearance, small size, and durability. They are also suitable for more and more fields. So how can we fully utilize the work efficiency of the handle chain hoist and have a longer service life? Below are some precautions and methods.
Before use, it is necessary to confirm that the components are intact and undamaged, the transmission parts and lifting chains are well lubricated, and the idle condition is normal.
2. When the chain of the chain hoist cannot be pulled, do not forcefully pull it to avoid personnel walking in the work area. The chain should not be twisted or flipped, and should not exceed the upper and lower limit positions of the chain.
3. The operator should stand in the same plane as the bracelet wheel and pull the hand chain, rotating the bracelet wheel clockwise to lift the weight; By pulling the chain in reverse, the heavy object can slowly descend.
4. The weight of lifting heavy objects must comply with the nameplate regulations of the chain hoist. It is strictly prohibited to use the chain hoist to lift heavy objects that exceed the weight specified on the nameplate.
5. During operation, the force of pulling the chain by hand should be even, and impact should be avoided as much as possible to loosen it
6. Be careful when operating the chain to prevent the locking failure of the chain hoist, which may cause the equipment to suddenly sink.
7. After use, the gourd should be cleaned and coated with rust proof grease. It should be stored in a dry place to prevent moisture, rust, and corrosion of the chain hoist.
