You can use a clean dry cloth to wipe it or let the chain dry naturally in a well ventilated environment.

　　2. Lubrication aspect

　　(1) Choose the appropriate lubricating oil

　　The selection of lubricating oil should be based on the usage environment of the stage electric hoist and the material of the chain. For example, in high-temperature environments, lubricating oil with good high-temperature stability should be selected; In humid environments, lubricating oil with rust prevention function should be selected.

　　(2) Control the amount of lubricant

　　When lubricating the chain, avoid excessive lubrication. Excessive lubricating oil can drip onto the stage, causing not only waste but also potentially polluting the stage environment. Lubricating oil should be evenly applied to the chain to ensure that each link receives proper lubrication, but do not let the lubricating oil accumulate.

　　3. Inspection aspect

　　(1) Regular inspection

　　Conduct a comprehensive inspection of the chain according to a certain time cycle (such as monthly or quarterly, adjusted based on usage frequency). In addition to checking common issues such as wear, deformation, and cracks in the chain, it is also necessary to check the meshing between the chain and the sprocket to ensure that the chain can smoothly fit with the sprocket during operation.

　　When checking the wear of the chain, precise measuring tools such as calipers should be used. Measure key dimensions such as thickness and length of chain links, and compare them with the original dimensions of the chain to accurately determine the degree of wear of the chain.

　　(1) Reasonable storage location

　　When the stage electric hoist is not in use, the chain should be stored in a dry, ventilated, and non corrosive gas free place. Avoid exposing the chain to direct sunlight or humid environments to prevent aging and rusting of the chain.

　　(2) Avoid chain compression

　　During storage, do not place heavy objects on the chain to avoid deformation. The chain can be wound around a dedicated storage rack to maintain its natural state.
