The W12 product is a stage electric hoist, with a design that combines rigidity and softness. So there is a nearly hexagonal cross-section composed of straight lines and curves that the current fuselage presents, which is the core element symbol of the W12 product. The overall strength of this machine can reach a safety factor of 8.2 times. Adopting two 14n. m electromagnetic brakes and dual braking systems, it can be designed with single control or multi machine linkage to meet your various operational needs. In order to achieve ultimate lightness, the entire machine casing is made of aviation aluminum material and is integrally molded using high-strength aluminum alloy die-casting. Corrosion resistant, never rusting, high sealing performance, safe and convenient, light weight, and good heat dissipation. The protection level reaches IP56 waterproof design, and the rainwater immersion test has been completed. This product is equipped with an independently developed integrated circuit board, upper and lower limit switches, and adjustable limit blocks, which can adjust the limit distance as needed, eliminating the need for cumbersome control lines.
