The fillet transitions of the links are precision-ground to avoid stress concentration. This process ensures the surface hardness of the links reaches HRC 40-45, with a tensile strength of ≥800MPa. It can not only bear static loads from heavy equipment such as stage trusses and lighting fixtures but also withstand dynamic impact forces generated during hoisting (e.g., inertial loads during sudden braking). Laminated Link Design: The links of the Truss Lifting Stage Hand Hoist adopt an "overlapping" meshing structure, where the inner and outer arc surfaces of adjacent links fit tightly, increasing the contact area by more than 30% compared to ordinary chains.
