The upper and lower shackles are made of anti-aging, high-strength alloy steel to ensure deformation and prevent sudden fracture when overloaded.
2、 The stage electric hoist is a disguised DHK type ring chain electric hoist, and its reducer adopts cycloidal needle reduction, eccentric bearings, low noise, and good durability. Its appearance adopts frosted spray, which does not reflect light and does not affect the stage effect.
3、 The core of the stage electric hoist is the motor, which uses 60 silicon steel sheets, has slow heat generation, high power, and long working time.
4、 The stage electric hoist adopts a fully enclosed chain to ensure the smooth release of the chain, which is dustproof and waterproof. The chain with a long service life is wire cut, and the gear material is 40 chromium, polished, and the work is very delicate, with almost no noise.
The commonly used stage gourd specifications are 0.5 tons, 1 ton, and 2 tons, with a standard lifting height of 20 meters. Separate connectors can be combined with synchronous controllers for single or multiple synchronous operations. Multiple channel control boxes such as 4, 6, and 8 can be selected for synchronous control, or aviation standard equipment hosts can be selected.
