Chain chain hoists require regular maintenance and upkeep, which not only avoids many problems during use, but also extends their service life and reduces the cost of replacement and repair. During maintenance, it is necessary to lubricate and apply oil to some positions inside the lifting hoist. If the user is not clear about the internal structure, they can refer to the manual or product breakdown diagram to learn.
The general area that needs to be lubricated with oil is the transmission part, and other areas cannot be lubricated with oil, especially the brake position, including the friction plate brake seat, etc. The meshing between the spline gear and the disc gear in the transmission position, including the long shaft in the middle, needs to be lubricated, which not only ensures the smooth operation of the entire chain hoist without jamming, but also has a certain anti rust effect. When should I apply oil? Generally, it takes 3 months or 6 months for us to disassemble and inspect the condition of internal parts, depending on the actual frequency of use, and the time is not fixed. If it is not maintained for a long time, the entire parts of the gourd need to be cleaned, and after cleaning, they also need to be re oiled.
It is important to note that the residue of oil should not contaminate other areas, including the outer sprocket. After maintenance is completed, install it and conduct a lifting test. The empty pull can operate normally, and then lift some small heavy objects to rise and fall normally.
