The electric hoist and lifting belt can be used together when there is no hook point for the lifting target

Electric hoists are very important in lifting and transportation work, and when the heavy object itself does not have a hook point connected to the electric hoist, it needs to be used with a lifting belt.

In such a situation, it is necessary to use a bottom binding fixing method, allowing the lifting belt to wrap and bind the heavy object, which can provide a connection and fixing point for the electric hoist. Then, hang the hook of the electric hoist at the lifting belt eye, and make sure that the eye of the lifting belt fully enters the inside of the electric hoist hook to prevent accidents.

This method can not only safely transport the lifting target to the designated location, but also utilize the characteristics of synthetic fiber lifting straps to provide safety protection for the lifting target.

The use of lifting belts and other lifting tools in conjunction

Lifting straps are common lifting equipment used on construction sites, and they can serve as load-bearing connections.

Polyester lifting straps can also be used with other lifting tools. If the buckle or hook is used in conjunction with the tool, the lifting strap should be selected according to its specifications to prevent overloading accidents.

When the lifting belt is used in conjunction with the hook, ring, or shackle, the operator must carefully inspect it to ensure that there are no problems before starting the lifting operation.
