When adjusting the buttons or knobs of the lighting hoist controller, the following safety precautions must be observed to ensure personnel safety and the normal operation of the equipment:

After the adjustment is completed, first refer to the installation diagram on the inner side of the lighting hoist controller's shell to ensure that each positioning pin is accurately engaged with the positioning hole on the machine body. If necessary, a small amount of vaseline can be applied to lubricate the pin holes to avoid breaking the plastic clips due to forced pressing. When tightening the screws, an electric screwdriver with torque adjustment function should be used. Start from the center of the shell and tighten the surrounding screws in a clockwise direction in sequence. Each screw should reach the standard torque of 8-10N・m in two steps — first tighten to 5N・m and then pause for 10 seconds. After the slight deformation of the lighting hoist controller's shell stabilizes, tighten it to the standard value to reduce stress concentration. If the shell gap measured with a feeler gauge exceeds 0.5mm, immediately loosen the screws at the corresponding position, insert a 0.1mm thick  (qingke paper) gasket into the gap, and then re-tighten to prevent potential circuit short circuits caused by long-term dust accumulation. When cleaning the operation site, the insulated storage box should be made of PP material resistant to 120℃ high temperature, and the interior should be divided into areas such as screwdriver slots, instrument areas, and accessory compartments with sponge partitions. Among them, spare fuses should be distinguished by color labels according to different specifications of 5A, 10A, and 15A, and terminal blocks should be covered with heat-shrinkable tubes marked with model parameters. For the temporary operation platform on the stage, before folding, check whether the locking device under the pedal is reset. After folding, fix it on the hook on the side wall of the stage with a special strap. The height of the hook should be controlled between 1.2-1.5m, which not only prevents children from touching but also facilitates next use. At the same time, ensure that the minimum distance between the edge of the platform and the moving lamps is not less than 0.8m, and the distance from the cable reel is not less than 1m to prevent scratches when the equipment moves.
