Positioning: According to the structure of the electric hoist and the operating environment, select a location that is convenient for operation and maintenance and avoid harsh conditions. Ensure that the connecting wires between the controller and components such as the motor and sensors are of sufficient length. Fixing: Use devices like screws to firmly install the controller to prevent it from shaking during operation. - Power Supply: Connect the power cord to the corresponding terminals of the controller according to the instruction manual. Ensure that the voltage and frequency match, and the wiring is firm without looseness or short circuits. - Motor: Connect the lead wires of the electric hoist motor to the output terminals, and pay attention to the phase sequence.
