The multi channel control box is a core device for stage machinery control, supporting simultaneous control of 2–16 channels of stage winches without the need for individual operation of each unit. Equipped with a high-precision synchronous control algorithm, it can accurately calibrate the lifting speed and stroke error of each winch channel. When erecting complex structures such as large-scale stage trusses, multi-layer lighting rigs, and heavy-duty suspended stage settings, it enables synchronized start-stop, uniform speed lifting, and precise positioning of multiple winches. This effectively prevents equipment tilting, jamming, or structural deformation caused by uneven force distribution at multiple lifting points. Compared with the traditional mode of operating single-channel controllers one by one, this device can shorten the setup time of large-scale stages by more than 50%, perfectly meeting the needs of efficient and compact stage arrangement before performances and greatly improving the overall efficiency of stage construction.
