The transmission chain for the 2-ton stage-specific hoist motor is precisely finished via a professional hot-dip galvanizing process. This forms a galvanized protective layer of uniform thickness and dense structure on the chain surface, completely eliminating burrs, protrusions and rough textures on the raw material surface and yielding a premium finish with a smooth, delicate, flat and glossy texture. It drastically reduces the rigid contact friction resistance between the chain, hoist sprockets and guide devices from the source of contact, enabling smoother transmission coordination.
