The transmission chain for the 2-ton stage-specific hoist motor is precisely finished via a professional hot-dip galvanizing process. This forms a galvanized protective layer of uniform thickness and dense structure on the chain surface, completely eliminating burrs, protrusions and rough textures on the raw material surface and yielding a premium finish with a smooth, delicate, flat and glossy texture. It drastically reduces the rigid contact friction resistance between the chain, hoist sprockets and guide devices from the source of contact, enabling smoother transmission coordination.
During the full operating condition of the equipment, the dual advantages of this process are particularly prominent: it not only effectively reduces energy loss in the power transmission link, making the motor’s power output more efficient and energy consumption more controllable to adapt to the usage requirements of stage equipment—such as frequent start-stop and precise speed regulation; but also maximally suppresses abnormal noise caused by friction of metal components from the source, while mitigating vibration and noise during transmission, allowing the equipment to achieve an almost silent and stable operating state in lifting, traction and other operations.
