The upper and lower hook groups of the stage electric hoist are made of alloy steel through hot forging, with a strength of 4 times, and belong to the G80 grade lifting specialized hook. The lower hook adopts rolling bearings and can rotate 360 degrees.
The hot forged hook can rotate 360 degrees and is equipped with a safety tongue to ensure safe operation and prevent the risk of unhooking.
Before leaving the factory, the stage electric hoist undergoes a 1.25 times test load test. For example, a 1-ton stage electric hoist will repeatedly lift a 1.25 ton weight to test its performance and speed. Only after passing the test can the electric hoist leave the factory.
The stage hanging electric hoist can be customized with various lifting heights, and different lifting heights such as 10 meters to 20 meters can be selected according to your actual situation.
