Oil temperature control: Pay attention to the oil temperature of the hydraulic brake of the stage rigging hoist during operation, which should generally be controlled within the specified temperature range of 40-60℃. This range can ensure that the oil is in the best working condition. It will not cause excessive viscosity due to too low temperature, which increases running resistance, nor will it cause a series of problems due to too high temperature. Excessively high oil temperature will significantly reduce the viscosity of the oil, just like thick honey becoming thin. It cannot form an effective oil film between the braking components, thereby affecting the sensitivity and reliability of the brake. This may lead to slow braking or even failure, bringing great potential safety hazards to the operation of stage equipment.
