However, there are many personnel on the construction site, and if the electric hoist is not used carefully, it is very likely to cause accidents of heavy objects falling and injuring workers. Therefore, when using it, it is important to pay attention to the following points:
1. Before use, check whether the chain is aged or damaged, and whether the switch is sensitive to avoid malfunctions during use.
2. The suspension point should be sturdy and firm. When using electric stage hoists, two methods can be used: front hanging and reverse hanging. When hanging, fix the upper hook of the gourd on the stage crossbeam to ensure that the suspension position is in a straight line with the center of gravity of the weight. When hanging upside down, we need to fix the lower hook of the gourd on the stage crossbeam, mainly adjusting the chain and machine head to prevent chain jamming and other situations.
3.If it is fixed for a long time, regular maintenance should be carried out to check whether the lubricating oil is sufficient. If it is insufficient, oil should be added.
4. Outdoor operations should be combined with rainproof equipment to prevent the gourd from getting wet and affecting its performance.
5. Keep the equipment dry regularly and do not store it in a damp or corrosive environment after use to avoid damaging its performance.
