Although this design is clever and clean, it does not mean that the lubricating oil in the gearbox of the stage chain electric hoist does not need to be checked. Due to the possibility of solidification, insufficient margin, and accumulation of impurities in the lubricating oil inside the gearbox, failure to inspect it in a timely manner can affect the normal operation of the gears. So what aspects should be paid attention to during regular inspections?
Firstly, when using stage chain electric hoists in cold weather, it is necessary to check whether there is condensation in the lubricating oil inside the gearbox before starting work. If it solidifies, do not be careless. Heat the lubricating oil to a flowing state before starting work.
Secondly, the new chain electric hoist has been in operation for 500 hours. Please check if the lubricating oil in the gearbox is sufficient. If it is insufficient, add oil. Regularly check the lubricating oil condition for the next three months. It should be noted that the usage speed of lubricating oil should be determined based on the specific situation of one's own construction. Then, determine the inspection frequency based on the usage speed of your own lubricating oil.
Thirdly, regularly check whether the lubricating oil in the gearbox has accumulated too much impurities, and if so, thoroughly clean it. Although the enclosed dust in the gearbox is not easy to enter, there is no airtight wall, and prolonged use will more or less introduce impurities. Excessive accumulation of impurities can affect the normal operation of gears.
