Firstly, chain knotting is a very serious problem. Because it is an electric hoist, when encountering a knotted chain, it will not automatically stop, and then a dangerous accident of broken chain goods falling off can occur, even threatening human life. So, before using the stage specific electric hoist, it is necessary to check whether the chain is knotted.
Secondly, the power supply system is unstable and the circuit contacts are poor. Once this situation occurs, it may cause the motor to burn out or the brake to suddenly and forcefully drag and fail due to heavy objects.
Thirdly, if lubricating oil leaks out of the gearbox, continue to use it. Many people do not take lubricating oil leakage seriously and continue to use it, as it is highly likely to cause a fire in the event of small sparks, which is extremely dangerous. So at this point, the use should be stopped immediately, the leaked lubricating oil should be wiped clean, and the gearbox should be repaired.
Fourthly, when multiple gourds are lifted upside down together, the startup is not synchronized. This can lead to chain breakage or imbalanced stage construction, resulting in collapse during the performance.
