The stage electric hoist plays an important role in stage construction, touring exhibitions, and various inverted construction operations in numerous venues. To maintain its amazing work efficiency, it is necessary to regularly supplement "blood", which is lubricating oil. Some important parts of the stage electric hoist must be regularly lubricated with grease to ensure its smooth operation.
1、 The chain part, including the sprocket, needs regular lubrication, and the contact points between the connecting rods also need appropriate lubrication.
2、 The gearbox requires 220mm2/s of 40 ℃ gear oil with mild and high pressure additives.
3、 The exposed surfaces of the processed parts of the gourd and the exposed threaded surfaces (including screws and screw holes) that are prone to corrosion should be coated with calcium based anti rust lubricating grease or other anti rust lubricating grease.
4、 The bearing of the hook should be injected with calcium based anti rust lubricating grease to prevent rust, and checked regularly to achieve the anti rust effect and prolong use.
