1、 Operational testing

1. Operate the button switch and press the descent button directly to lower the crane until the limit spring touches the limit switch, at which point the motor will automatically stop.

2. Press the up button directly until the chain is fully retracted into the chain pocket and the motor stops running.

3. Test the emergency stop switch function.

4. Check the lubrication of the lifting chain.

5. Check the directionality of the chain. All welding points should be in the same direction, and correct operation can only be completed when all chain welding points are on the same line.

2、 Operation process

After completing the inspection and operation process, the equipment can operate normally.

1. Before operating the equipment, the operator must have a clear and unobstructed view of the entire work area.

2. Before operating the equipment, the user must check the entire work area for any safety hazards.
