1、 When using a gourd for stage construction, it is necessary to first inspect it to see if it is in good condition. Then, a simple test can be conducted by idling it a few times to see if it operates normally. However, during testing, it is not possible to power on for inspection to avoid accidents caused by sudden operation.
2、 After the gourd is installed, we can conduct a power on test. However, there are requirements for the height of the test and it needs to be operated at an overload. For example, to lift goods that exceed the rated load by 25% to a height of about 100 millimeters above the ground, and then stand still in the air to see if there are any problems.
3、 After standing still in the air for ten minutes, if everything is normal, the goods need to be repeatedly lifted up and down to check whether the various components of the stage hoist are working properly.
4、 It is also required to carry out repeated lifting work up and down. For example, within an hour, the rated closing frequency of goods exceeding the rated load cannot exceed 120 to avoid accidents.
5、 Also, it is necessary to check whether the various devices of the stage gourd work flexibly to avoid situations where the owner gets stuck. Moreover, the distance between the hook of the gourd and the outer shell of the drum during the lifting process cannot be less than 50mm, and the distance between gourds of different lifting tons varies.
6、 After using the gourd, it is necessary to turn off the power in a timely manner to prevent human factors from suddenly turning on the power, causing the gourd to work automatically and causing damage.
7、 The gourd should be operated by professional knowledge and proficient in operating procedures during use.
