1. There should be no obstacles within the walking range of the operator and on the route through which heavy objects pass.

2. The manual buttons should move correctly and quickly in the up, down, left, and right directions, and there should be no abnormal sound from the electric motor and reducer.

3. The brake should be agile and reliable.

4. There should be no foreign objects on the running track of the electric hoist.

5. The action of the upper and lower limit stops should be correct.

6. The hook stop nut should be tightened.

7. The hook should roll flexibly in both horizontal and vertical directions.

8. The hook pulley should roll flexibly.

9. The steel wire rope should have no significant defects, be neatly arranged on the drum, have no signs of detachment from the pulley groove, and be well lubricated.

10. There are no abnormalities in the lifting aids.

11. The working environment temperature of the electric hoist is -25~+40 ℃

12. Electric hoists are not suitable for use in places filled with corrosive gases or with a relative humidity greater than 85%. They cannot replace explosion-proof hoists and should not be used to lift molten metals or toxic, flammable, and explosive materials.
