The normal operation of the stage electric hoist largely depends on whether there are problems with the circuit. Therefore, if you frequently use the stage electric hoist, you must make the following preparations:
Preparation 1: Check whether the electrical appliances in the main and control circuits of the electric hoist are damaged, the circuit is disconnected, or the contact is poor. Firstly, keep the hoist motor disconnected from the power supply line, then only power is supplied to the main and control circuits. Finally, turn on the start and stop switches, check and analyze the working condition of the control electrical appliances and circuits, repair or replace any faulty electrical appliances or circuits. Only when it is confirmed that the main and control circuits have no faults can they work.
Preparation 2: Check the rated voltage. Measure the input voltage of the motor using a multimeter or voltmeter. If the voltage is too low, wait for the voltage to return to normal (the motor terminal voltage cannot be more than 10% lower than the rated voltage) before working. Otherwise, there may be a situation where the gourd cannot lift heavy objects.
Preparation 3: Use a test pen to test whether the power supply system is supplying power to the electric hoist, and confirm the power supply before proceeding with work.
