1. Motor brake: The brake for lifting, lowering, and running should be flexible and reliable, and there should be no slipping phenomenon during load. Test machine confirmation.
2. Limiting device: The walking and lifting limits of the hook are visually accurate and reliable, and confirmed during machine testing.
3. Motor: No abnormal noise during operation. The motors on both sides of the crane move synchronously. Test machine confirmation.
4. Button handle (remote control): reliable operation, no damage to the shell, no missing magnetic switch on the button, no detachment, confirmation during machine testing.
5. Rope guide: The guide is correct and there is no jumping. Test machine confirmation.
6. Steel wire rope: with good surface lubrication; No broken wires, strands, or twists, and the rope end is securely fixed.
7. Shaft blocking plate: The retaining ring and shaft are not loose or cracked. Visual inspection.
8. Bolt: All bolts in the hook area are not loose or missing. Visually, trigger.
9. Insurance card: No missing card, damage, or secure when stuck. Visual confirmation.
10. Hook head: No cracks on the surface, flexible rotation. Visual inspection and rotation.
