1、 Maintenance: Even if a malfunctioning stage is cleaned upside down with a gourd, applying too much grease will be of no use. Therefore, the first step in maintenance is to inspect it through visual observation, load testing, daily fault statistics, and other methods. If there are any abnormalities, please arrange for technical personnel to repair it. Do not attempt to repair it without authorization to avoid turning a blind person into a deaf person, which is not worth the loss.
2、 Cleaning: After confirming its performance, use a special cleaning agent to clean all impurities on its surface one by one, leaving no residue, to avoid the state of "a piece of stinky meat spoiling the pot of soup", which is greatly worthless. For rust and other stains, you can use a hard object to clean them!
3、 Oil coating: Use high-quality rust proof oil and lubricating oil specifically for stage hanging gourds, and apply oil to their corresponding components. Pay attention to the fact that the oil coating operation should be comprehensive and not cross the boundary without reason, and apply a thin layer. Applying too much oil may not be conducive to its flexible use, and in the end, it will result in a "thankless effort".
4、 Storage: After oiling, it should be left to stand for a period of time until the grease is fully absorbed to prevent it from flowing freely during storage, polluting the surrounding environment, and losing its effectiveness. Then, it should be stored in a cool, dry, sun free, and corrosion-free place. Do not dispose of it casually.
