First of all, what is the flameout limiter? The literal meaning of a fire limiter is to cut off the power supply by cutting off the fire; "Limit" refers to being confined to a safe position. So the fire stop limiter is to limit the various mechanisms of the chain hoist within a safe range by cutting off the power supply.
Secondly, its installation location and conditions. The fire stop limiter is used in conjunction with a limit rod and is installed on the junction box of the lifting motor. The installation conditions for the stage electric hoist flame arrester limiter are: voltage to 380V, DC to 220V, or AC 50Hz power line.
What is its ultimate purpose? The cut-off limit device protects the various mechanisms of the electric hoist from operating within a certain safety range. Once the limit safety position is exceeded, it controls the motor to quickly and directly cut off the main circuit of the lifting electric hoist to stop running, thereby achieving the purpose of bidirectional limit for upward and downward movement.
