What's wrong with jumping the chain with a chain hoist?
Under normal circumstances, the chains and links of a chain hoist correspond one-to-one. If during the operation of a chain hoist, the chain link cannot fully correspond to it while pulling the chain, there will be a situation of chain jumping.
There are three main reasons for this problem:
The specifications of the lifting sprocket and the chain are not consistent, which can cause the two to not mesh properly and the chain to jump during operation. Therefore, when replacing accessories, it is necessary to choose materials of the same specification and model.
Uneven force and sudden excessive force when pulling the chain of the chain hoist can easily cause the chain to jump. Therefore, when using it, it is necessary to pull at a uniform speed.
