Cleaning of the lifting chain of the stage chain hoist
We all know that lifting chains need to be cleaned after being used for a period of time, but how to clean them?
1. Removing oil stains is also not allowed to be used, as this cleaning method will remove the lubricating oil from the transmission parts;
2. Use cadres to wipe, especially in rainy or humid environments;
3. Never use strong acid or alkaline cleaning agents for cleaning, such as rust removers, as these chemical agents can cause serious damage or even breakage to the lifting chain;
4. Never use a chain washer with solvents to clean the lifting chain, as it may cause damage to the chain;
5. If necessary, old toothbrushes and other tools can be used to clean the gaps between the lifting chains;
6. If there is mud and dirt, you can choose to use a brush to complete the cleaning work, and if necessary, use warm soapy water to assist in cleaning
