1. Firstly, it is necessary to check for any overloading. If so, replace the matching tonnage chain hoist or reduce the weight of the cargo.
2. Secondly, is there any phenomenon of oblique pulling or lifting? It can cause the heavy object to move and increase resistance. If the heavy object is tied to the surrounding objects, it will also be more laborious than usual.
3. Check for any damage to the components and replace them promptly.
In addition, it is necessary to check whether the lubrication work between the components of the chain hoist is in place. If it is not in place, corresponding lubrication should be carried out.
After troubleshooting, it is necessary to conduct a test load to ensure that there are no abnormalities in all aspects before continuing to use.
Hand chain hoists have super strong load capacity, but they must not be overloaded. Overloading is a serious violation of operating behavior. Hand chain hoists, whether it is the lifting chain or the ratchet and pawl, have a certain bearing range. Once overloaded, there is a risk of heavy objects falling!
