A slight pull on the manual hoist can cause difficulty in operation, and even chain jamming. At this time, just adjust the gap distance between the ratchet and the friction plate. Moreover, brake failure is also related to the ratchet and friction plate. If the gap between them is too large, it can also cause brake failure. Just adjust the gap distance. Another issue is that the friction plate is severely worn due to long-term and frequent use, or overloading and other incorrect operating methods, resulting in the loss of friction ability and causing Huiling. At this point, new accessories need to be replaced.
