The power cables, control cables, shielded cables, and communication cables (DMX/network cables/encoder cables) of the stage crane controller shall all be carefully inspected. The outer sheath of the cables shall be free of wear, breakage, cracking, aging, and hardening, with no exposed copper wires. There shall be no creases or breakage hazards at the bending points of the cables, no looseness or detachment at the joints, and the cables shall be neatly arranged without messy winding or extrusion. The cable ties shall be firmly fixed without falling off. All wiring terminals shall be tight and free of looseness; there shall be no shaking when the terminals are gently toggled by hand. The surface of the terminals shall be free of heat or scald marks, no burning, blackening, or oxidation, and no pungent burning odor or plastic melting odor.
The wire numbers at the terminals shall be clearly distinguishable, without blurring or falling off, to facilitate subsequent line troubleshooting. The indicator lights and display screen of the stage crane controller shall work normally: the power indicator light, operation indicator light, and signal indicator light shall have uniform brightness, without flickering, extinguishing, or dimming. The display screen shall be free of error codes, black screen, or flower screen; the displayed parameters (such as voltage, current, operation status, and number of channels) shall be clear and accurate, consistent with the actual operation status, without parameter disorder or loss. At the same time, check that the leakage protector and main air switch are in normal status, without tripping or misoperation, and the switch can be closed and opened flexibly and reliably.
