　　1. After use, the gourd should be cleaned and coated with rust proof grease, and stored in a dry place to prevent the chain hoist from getting damp, rusting, and corroding.

　　2. Maintenance and overhaul should be carried out by those who are familiar with the hoist mechanism. Clean the hoist parts with kerosene, lubricate the gears and bearings with butter, and prevent those who do not understand the performance principles of the machine from disassembling and assembling them at will.

　　3. After cleaning and maintenance, the gourd should undergo a no-load test to confirm normal operation and reliable braking before it can be delivered for use.

　　4. The friction surface of the brake must be kept clean. The brake system should be regularly inspected to prevent brake failure and the occurrence of heavy objects falling off.

　　5. The rollers of the left and right bearings of the lifting chain wheel of the chain hoist can be adhered with butter to the inner ring of the bearing that has been pressed onto the neck of the lifting chain wheel, and then installed into the outer ring of the bearing on the wall panel.

　　6. When installing the braking device of the chain hoist, pay attention to the good meshing between the ratchet teeth and the pawl claws, and the flexible and reliable control of the pawl by the spring. After installing the chain wheel, rotate the chain wheel clockwise to press the ratchet and friction plate onto the brake seat, and rotate the chain wheel counterclockwise. There should be a gap between the ratchet and friction plate.

　　7. For the convenience of maintenance and disassembly, one section of the bracelet is an open chain (welding is not allowed).

　　8. During refueling and using the chain block, the friction surface of the braking device must be kept clean, and the braking performance must be checked regularly to prevent brake failure from causing heavy objects to fall off.

　　working principle:

　　The stage chain hoist rotates by pulling the manual chain and hand chain wheel, pressing the friction plate ratchet and brake seat together to rotate. The long shaft rotates the plate gear, short shaft, and spline hole gear. In this way, the lifting sprocket installed on the spline hole gear drives the lifting chain, thereby smoothly lifting the heavy object.

　　Adopting a ratchet friction plate one-way brake, it can self brake under load, and the pawl engages with the ratchet under the action of the spring, ensuring safe operation of the brake.
