　　2. Maintenance and overhaul should be carried out by those who are familiar with the hoist mechanism. Clean the hoist parts with kerosene, lubricate the gears and bearings with butter, and strictly prohibit non professionals from disassembling and assembling the stage chain hoist without authorization.

　　3. After cleaning and repairing the stage hoist, multiple no-load tests should be conducted before resuming operation to confirm that the stage chain hoist can operate normally and brake safely and reliably. Only after confirming that the stage chain hoist can operate normally can it be delivered for use.

　　4. The friction surface of the brake must be kept clean. Regularly check the brake to prevent brake failure. If brake failure is found during use, stop working immediately and repair it before resuming work.

　　5. The rollers of the left and right bearings of the lifting chain wheel of the stage chain hoist can be adhered to the inner ring of the bearing that has been pressed onto the shaft neck of the lifting chain wheel with butter, and then installed into the outer ring of the bearing on the wall panel.

When installing the braking device on the stage chain hoist, pay attention to the good meshing between the ratchet teeth and the pawl claws, and the flexible and reliable control of the pawl by the spring. After installing the hand chain wheel, rotate it clockwise to press the ratchet and friction plate onto the brake seat, and rotate it counterclockwise. There should be a gap between the ratchet and friction plate.
