Safety technical requirements for chain hoists
Pre homework check:
(1) Check that the main load-bearing components such as hooks and chains are not damaged.
(2) Verify the weight of the lifted object and do not overload it.
Trial lifting:
Check if the load-bearing components, tripods, and suspension ropes are normal, stable, and reliable.
Safety checks during use:
(1) During the lifting process, the pulling force on the zipper strip should be evenly and gently applied, and excessive force should not cause the chain to jump or snap.
(2) If it cannot be pulled, do not pull hard. Immediately stop using and inspect.
1) Check if there is any damage to the gourd components; 2) Whether the heavy object is overloaded; 3) Is the heavy object related to other objects.
Maintenance and repair:
(1) A regular maintenance and repair system should be established.
(2) Lubricating the oil filled part according to the instructions.
(3) The gourd that has been used for more than 3 months should be disassembled, cleaned, inspected, and oiled. The gourd that has malfunctioned or structurally damaged should be discontinued. It can only be used after passing major repairs and inspections
