Secondly, before lifting, check whether the various components of the chain hoist are intact and undamaged, and whether there are any twisted joints in the zipper strip and lifting chain. If the wear of the chain exceeds 10% of the chain diameter, the operation should be stopped immediately and replaced. Before lifting, it is necessary to conduct no-load debugging and observe whether there are any abnormal phenomena in the braking system.
