Three types of adverse weather can affect the stage chain hoist

Human beings do not like bad weather, and stage operators also do not like gourds. Bad weather not only affects their use, but also shortens their lifespan. Let's take a closer look at which weather can affect gourds.

1、 Wind below level six will not have an impact on the hand hoist. Strong winds above level six will cause the goods to sway and increase the friction of the hoist parts. This situation may cause harm to both people and goods. Therefore, in this weather, we should suspend lifting operations.

2、 Rain, short-term exposure to rain will not affect the hand pulled gourd as there is a rust proof layer on the surface of the gourd. But if you work in the rain for a long time, the rain will wash away the lubricating oil of the gourd, increase the friction of the internal parts of the gourd, and affect its service life.

3、 Snow, heavy snow can affect the normal use of gourds, which is extremely detrimental to goods and personal safety. Cold weather can also reduce people's reaction ability. Therefore, we should try to avoid lifting operations in heavy snow weather.

The above three weather conditions can all affect the use of stage chain hoists. If lifting is necessary due to the above conditions, we will take protective measures for the hoists.
