The chain hoist is a device that rotates the friction plate ratchet and brake seat together by searching for manual chains and hand chain wheels. The long tooth shaft then rotates the plate gear, short tooth shaft, and spline hole gear. In this way, the lifting sprocket installed on the spline hole gear drives the lifting chain, thereby smoothly lifting the heavy object. Adopting a ratchet friction disc type one-way brake, it can self brake under load, and the pawl engages with the ratchet under the action of the spring, ensuring safe operation of the brake. It has the characteristics of safety and reliability, simple maintenance, high mechanical efficiency, low tension of the bracelet, light self weight, easy to carry, beautiful appearance, small size, and durability. The main components of the chain hoist are made of alloy steel material, and the chain is made of 800Mpa high-strength lifting chain high-strength hooks. The chain is heat-treated, low wear, and corrosion-resistant. The hook design ensures slow lifting to prevent overload; Complies with European CE safety standards.
